FAMILY, FRIENDS, CELEBRATE REV. ADOGHO AT 50.

It was a joyous atmosphere last week at Agbor, When the Senior Pastor of Word of Grace Minitries, Rev Goodwill Adogho, celebrated his golden jubilee and also thirty two years in the Ministry as a Pastor.     One of the most popular Popes of all times, Pope John XXIII once said: “Men are like wine, some turn to vinegar, but the best improve with age”. Over the years, these golden words have proved to be true in the lives of many and one of such example is the respected cleric, Rev  Goodwill Adogho who is the senior Pastor of Word of Grace Ministries at Agbor in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State.

Described by many as a bridge builder and a very considerate person, Cheerful and full of life, Passionate in the Father's business,  a man of integrity and civility, the pastor who on July 5, clocked 50 and turned golden, has continued to endear himself to more people with his admirable character, selfless nature, magnanimity and purposefulness. No matter how old he gets, he never lose his beauty, especially in the inner side.
  Dad, as many prefer to call him, is a man loved by all, and this has always been evident in the ways people swarm around him like bees both young and old.
 To mark the special day, Rev Adogho opted for a big jamboree to celebrate with his Colleagues in the ministry, friends, family and church members.
The birthday celebration which took place last saturday at the Ezinne Events center, AGBOR,  was mixed with ministration and fun as eminent clergies including Bishops,  gospel artiste, many other ministers in and outside Delta thrilled the guests with classical tunes, praises and worship songs just as they were also treated to a sumptuous lunch.

On why he celebrated in that manner, a very close source to the celebrant said Rev. Adogho was a man full of magnanimity. He ‘s said to be concerned about empowering people around him and has reached out to several less-privileged homes in and outside Delta through his Ministry.

 In his remark, Rev Adogho stated that he was called by God 32 years ago, precisely on good Friday, while playing football. He added that God gave him the mandate to Raise an Army of Worshipers, to Raise Leaders after God's own Order, to Put Smiles on Mankind Faces, to Make God's People Wealthy and to Make Mankind Dreams come True.
 The footballer turned pastor, who is also a TV and Radio guest, received large amount of praises from his own congregation, and testimonies , which described him as “loving, inspirational, compassionate, and humble.”

Rev Adogho further said “I thank God for His mercies on me. That I am alive to celebrate my 50th birthday today on earth and 32 years in the Ministry with families and friends, I am highly elated In fact, the Lord has been more than grateful.”

Others who were interviewed included his wife, Rev Mrs. Faith Adogho and their only child, Barrister Sharon Adogho, described him as a loving and caring husband and father while appreciating God for making him clock 50 years on earth, prayed God to grant him more fruitful years ahead.
  The ocassion also featured Testimonies, Dance by the celebrant while the highlight was the cutting of the birthday cake.
